These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the kxn8 platform and all its services. By using our services through the kxn8 website, mobile app, or any other digital channel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use any kxn8 service.

• Minimum deposit is BDT 100; maximum limits are determined by your account level.

• Minimum withdrawal is BDT 500; processed within 24 hours.

• Welcome bonuses are for new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• If you withdraw a deposit before completing the bonus wagering requirement, your bonus balance will be forfeited.

• If a technical error affects a game outcome, the related bet will be voided.
• If you are disconnected, your game state is saved on the server and can be resumed once you reconnect.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Disrespectful behavior or chat abuse in Live Casino games will result in removal from the game.
• Bets in Sports Betting cannot be changed after a match has started.

• Upon your own request (self-exclusion).

Any valid balance remaining after account closure will be returned once the relevant investigation is complete. If the account is closed due to a terms violation, bonus balances will be forfeited.
